Last thought of the day...

Ran 3.5 miles and swam 10 laps followed by weights, stretching, and abs. Looks like I was able to follow through and surpass my fitness goals for the day. Again, when you set the bar low, you won't be disappointed.

Of course its now 11:36pm in the evening. The good thing about cityplace is that you can workout until the late hours of the pm. Downtown condo life is great.
